Responsibilities include coordinating works, managing jobs, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have fire division experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a desire for career progression. This role offers a salary of £32,000 and a supportive team environment.

- Coordinating reactive and planned works for the Fire Division
- Managing engineer diaries and allocating jobs effectively
- Liaising with clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
- Preparing and issuing RAMS and job documentation
- Organising callouts, raising purchase orders, and managing materials
- Updating the internal portal and producing client reports
- Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day tasks
- Experience within the Fire Division is essential
- Strong organisational skills and confidence in handling multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communication with clients and engineers
- IT proficient (Word, Excel, internal systems)
- Ambitious and motivated - someone eager to progress quickly and take ownership of projects
- £32,000 salary
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
