A leading hospitality brand in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate refurbishment projects across its portfolio. You will oversee external consultants and contractors, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Exceptional organizational skills and experience in the hotel or leisure sectors are essential. Based at Mottram Hall - this role requires travel.
As a key member of our Development Team, the Project Manager will oversee and coordinate external consultant teams, main contractors, subcontractors, and in-house maintenance teams to ensure the successful delivery of refurbishment and fit-out projects across our hospitality portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in management of hotel refurbishments. Previous experience in the hotel, spa, or leisure sectors is highly desirable. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
