Reporting to the Build Manager, this is a key on-site leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale residential projects. The Project Manager will take full ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The role involves full control of production, programme management, cost control, quality assurance, site presentation, and material delivery. You will manage subcontractors and site teams, chair project meetings, and prepare comprehensive reports covering progress, risks, and outcomes. Health, safety and environmental management will be a core part of the role, with responsibility for ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with current legislation and company procedures.
The Project Manager will also have people management responsibilities, including monitoring performance, completing performance and development reviews, managing attendance, identifying training needs, and supporting the development and progression of site staff. You will be expected to communicate regularly with the team, maintain accurate site records and diaries, and ensure compliance with company systems and policies.
