Within our Capital Design and Delivery department, we are looking for a Project Manager to join the Water Infra delivery team. To be based in Coventry or Shrewsbury.
Are you a Project Manager with a strong, technical background, looking for new and exciting projects to manage?
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Based out of either our Finham office (Coventry) or Shelton office (Shrewsbury) and reporting directly to the Lead Project Manager, the Project Manager will be accountable for delivering on key project KPIs across a portfolio of large capital engineering and construction wastewater treatment projects within Severn Trent’s Capital and Commercial Services business area.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
With relevant industry experience in Project and Programme Delivery and ideally degree qualified or working towards, you will be a forward thinking and innovative Project Manager capable of managing multiple capital engineering and construction works. You will have experience of managing NEC projects, with a proven track record of cost planning and management and budgetary responsibility.
You will be a dynamic and collaborative leader with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have a strong ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, and hold a relentless drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise.
