Job Description:

This role is for a MANDARIN speaker with a background in Project Management for the installation of Telecoms networks. You will oversee teams in Europe and the UK installing network, server, storage, cloud, and data center infrastructure for a global business. The work is autonomous, varied, and may involve travel in Europe. You will report directly to clients. This is a great opportunity with independence!

DUTIES:

• Coordinate and manage the installation of telecom networks
• Oversee and mentor the installation teams
• Manage end-to-end network and data center projects
• Plan and ensure project deadlines
• Liaise with clients and engineers
• Report on installation status
• Maintain project documentation
• Prepare sites (rack and cabinet installation, structured cabling, power, cooling, on-site testing)
• Manage, motivate, and retain project teams
• Ensure safety (EHS) standards compliance
