General Assistant F&B ***staff accommodation available in Dorset***

We are looking for a General Assistant F&B. This is a full-time role and will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Pattern : Shift work (5 days on, 2 days off)

Key Responsibilities of a General Assistant:

• Deliver memorable experiences to our guests through emotional engagement and attention to detail.
• Be fully familiar with all menus and products offered.
• Prepare and clean tables to the highest standard.
• Take food and drink orders with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across all food service areas.
• Assist with handling in-house telephone calls, guest messages, and reservations, following company standards.

• Has previous experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering high standards
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
• Is flexible and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting
• Works well as part of a team and supports colleagues whenever needed
• Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
