We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated Production Operative to join our team within a fast‑paced engineering manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in our manufacturing process, gaining experience in both the Paint Line and the Packing departments.
- Working as part of a team to move, load and unload product from our powder coating line
- Carry out basic quality checks and measurements.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and safe.
- Support different departments as required by production demands.
- Accurately follow work instructions and drawings.
- Report any issues or defects.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (desirable).
- Willingness to work in different departments and learn new tasks.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of health and safety in a factory setting.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts or overtime when required.
7.00am 6.00pm Monday Thursday
