With recent investments and big plans for the future, they are now going through a period of rapid expansion. Due to this they are now looking for a Production Manager/Engineer to join their expert team.

In this brand new role you will be tasked with setting up and running the company's in-house manufacturing operations in order to support new product lines, customisations and upgrades. As the first person in this new department, you will have the opportunity to build a team beneath you over the next few years, so this is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to progress their career.

This role would therefore suit an individual with a strong background in electrical and cable assembly manufacturing, who is looking for the chance to build their own team at a world leading company.

The Person:

• Strong experience with electronic/electromechanical manufacturing
• Experienced with manufacturing processes
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Lives locally to Dartford area
