We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated Production Operative to join our team within a fast‑paced engineering manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in our manufacturing process, gaining experience in both the Paint Line and the Packing departments.


The Role


  • Working as part of a team to move, load and unload product from our powder coating line

  • Carry out basic quality checks and measurements.

  • Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and safe.

  • Support different departments as required by production demands.

  • Accurately follow work instructions and drawings.

  • Report any issues or defects.


The Person


  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (desirable).

  • Willingness to work in different departments and learn new tasks.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Basic understanding of health and safety in a factory setting.

  • Team player with a strong work ethic.

  • Flexibility to work shifts or overtime when required.


Working Hours

7.00am 6.00pm Monday Thursday
