Job description

OA are recruiting for an Assembler to join a growing and well-established manufacturing company based in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled, friendly, and dynamic team within a company known for its quality and innovation.

In this hands‑on role, you'll be responsible for assembling products to customer specifications, ensuring all work meets the required quality and safety standards while supporting the company's continuous improvement programme.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am - 4:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 pm

Main Duties
  • Assemble products following customer drawings and work instructions
  • Complete production documentation accurately and on time
  • Use equipment and tooling correctly, ensuring calibration is up to date
  • Meet daily production targets and quality expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area
  • Support the company's continuous improvement and 5S programme
  • Follow and uphold the company's environmental policy and procedures
  • Work to AS/EN 9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards
  • Adhere to all health & safety procedures
  • Carry out any additional duties as required by management
Personal Specification
