Overview

Connect Appointments are seeking a number of Production Operatives to get started with our Shotts (ML7) based food production client.

What's on offer
  • £12.60 p/h (£14.49 p/h after 8pm)
  • Overtime paid from £21.94 to £28.98 p/h
  • All breaks are paid!
  • Ongoing temporary contract

Various shifts available:

  • Option One: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 to 22:00 & Friday, 13:00 to 20:00
  • Option Two: Monday to Wednesday, 14:00 to 00:00 & Thursday, 14:00 to 23:00
Responsibilities
  • Working within various areas of the factory; preparing, making and packing quality food products
  • To label products ensuring that all details, i.e., dates are accurate
  • To pack final products into boxes/crates as per customer requirements
  • To complete required quality sheets and production documentations accurately
  • To observe good housekeeping within the area
  • Completing all necessary paperwork to comply with food safety
  • To do any other reasonable duties as required
Qualifications

To be successful within this production position you will ideally have previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment. Combined with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions; good attention to detail; and strong time-keeping and organisational skills.
