This organization is in search of an experienced and driven Product Manager to steer product development initiatives aimed directly at fulfilling customer needs. This role requires engaging with diverse stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to capture valuable insights into user challenges. The successful applicant will guide the product lifecycle—from inception and design through to launch and beyond—ensuring optimal collaboration between engineering and go-to-market teams for effective execution.

• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to pinpoint their challenges and needs.
• Oversee the entire product development journey from initial exploration to product launch.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and go-to-market teams, ensuring that customer expectations are met with high-quality execution.
• Maintain a proactive role by defining and designing features that are delivered swiftly and effectively.
• Support the customer experience by assisting users as needed, fostering a culture of collaborative support.
• Take ownership of product features from inception to completion, collaborating with the Founding Product Manager to improve delivery and product excellence across the organization.

• At least 3 years of product management experience, showcasing a successful track record in developing and launching products tailored for developers, such as APIs and platform services.
• Experience in crafting products within B2B frameworks, always focusing on the needs of developers and end customers.
• Previous exposure to startup or scale-up environments, understanding the unique challenges presented by a dynamic pace.
• Strong communication skills, able to effectively engage both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Familiarity with Open Source technologies and approaches.
• A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the early stages of product development and influencing the direction of the platform.
• Ideally: Experience in Product Design, alongside Product Management knowledge.
