A leading automotive company in Bracknell is seeking an undergraduate intern for operational support to the European Product Management team. Responsibilities include market analysis, supporting product lifecycle development, and working closely with various internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, be organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Flexibility in working hours and the option to work from home are offered.

At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
The role is responsible for providing operational support to the European Product Leads.
The key responsibility will be to contribute and support the Product Management team in managing and developing the Honda Car product line up and strategy in Europe.
The role will focus on supporting the product management team in day-to-day activities including preparing and analysing the European car market and customer data to support product lifecycle development.
It will require working closely with several internal departments to obtain and communicate necessary information and data in a timely manner, including the Head Office in Japan and Honda’s Research & Development teams, Marketing, Sales Planning, Supply Planning and Corporate Communications.
