You will act as a strategic partner across the business, bringing creativity, commercial acumen, organisation, and data-driven decision-making to everything you do. This role includes line management of the Marketing, PR, and Social Media teams, ensuring seamless delivery of customer-focused, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, conversion, and loyalty.

  • Oversee press office activity, media outreach, product placement, and events that support both brand storytelling and commercial objectives

  • Support the PR Executive in securing meaningful PR coverage that enhances product launches, brand moments, partnerships, and category leadership

Social Media & Influencer Marketing
  • Define and deliver an integrated social media strategy designed to grow reach, engagement, and conversion across all platforms

  • Manage the Social Media team to ensure reactive, trend-led, and insight-driven content that aligns with business goals and brand positioning

  • Support the Social team to deliver the influencer and content creator strategy, ensuring collaborations deliver high-quality content, genuine advocacy, and measurable impact

  • Partner with Paid Media teams to inform asset creation, ensuring organic performance insights influence paid best practice and optimisation

Commercial Performance, Reporting & Budget Management
  • Deliver comprehensive post-campaign analysis, turning performance data, customer insight, and trading results into clear recommendations for future activity

  • Monitor weekly trading performance across channels, proactively identifying opportunities to support sales and key product priorities

  • Collaborate with the E-commerce team on content optimisation, and customer journey improvements that boost conversion and AOV

  • Track, forecast, and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of spend and strong return on investment

  • Regularly report on KPIs across brand, PR, and social activity, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing, PR, and Social Media teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on creativity, accountability, and commercial results

  • Work collaboratively with Buying & Merchandising to understand product strategy, stock intake, and category focuses to ensure marketing activity aligns with trading needs
