The successful candidate will support the Headteacher and manage the office team while building relationships with staff and students. Previous school experience is essential. Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Headteachers PA & Office Manager to work within a Secondary School in Bourne End. This school requires this individual to be able to build strong relationships with both staff and students, as well as building a long lasting relationship with the Headteacher and Office staff who you will be directly line managing.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERENCE WORKING WITHIN A SCHOOL
High Daily Rate – £180+ per day

- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced school office environment.
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit team while also able to think on your feet independently.
- Previous experience working within a Secondary Headteacher - Office Based role.
- Passionate, enthusiastic and committed to helping students and staff reach their full potential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Confident in leading meetings, note taking and sending follow-up communications.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently when needed.
