To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence in leading a class independently
- A working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- A flexible and adaptable approach to covering various subjects
- Availability during standard school hours (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Weekly PAYE pay (no admin fees or umbrella deductions)
- Personal support from a dedicated Secondary Consultant
- Flexibility to choose your working days
- Experience across a variety of schools and classroom settings
