As a mental health practitioner in one of our teams you can expect to:
- Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team managing a caseload of patients.
- Undertake assessments of patients, involving their carers and family members in the patient's care and care plans.
- Be responsible for the formulation, execution, and evaluation of care plans for a designated number of patients who may present with significant complexity, in consultation with the patient and the multi-disciplinary team.
- Supervise Support Workers and/or students.
- Provide advice to other members of the service and agencies on the needs of service users.

The must haves for this role:
- NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (or equivalent HCPC registration).
- Good understanding of the relevant legislation surrounding the Mental Capacity Act / Mental Health Act.
- Ability to drive and have a car for use at work.
