Nursery Practitioner

Location: Solihull

Duration: Full time, on-going

Salary: £80 – £90 per day

We are currently looking for an experienced nursery practitioner who can take on a full-time on-going job role in a fantastic school in Solihull. This role will include working with a variety of different students aged between 1-4 years with a range of different educational support needs including SEN.

We are working with a school within the Solihull area that are seeking a committed and motivated EYFS teaching assistant to support students with the beginning of their learning journey. This will include delivering fun and entertaining lessons and teaching through play.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience supporting students either 1 on 1 or within small groups with their learning journey with a variety of materials and learning through play.

The candidate for this role will be experienced supporting SEN children alongside children with a range of different academic attainment levels. This will require patience, commitment and the ability to inspire children in a safe and welcoming learning environment.

The team within the school are very supportive and will help you along the way. The staff in the school aim to give the best possible educational experience for their students. This job opportunity is very rewarding for people who have teaching assistant experience.

A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.

Requirements:

• Relevant SEN Background
• MLD and ASD needs experience
• Immediately available
• Level 1 safeguarding certificate
• Relevant school based references
• Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
• Full DBS – on the update service
