Job summary
A well-established SME in Ellesmere Port is seeking an Accounts Manager for a permanent role to manage financial processes, prepare invoices, and oversee payroll submissions. The successful candidate will provide financial guidance to internal teams and ensure compliance with regulations. Experience with Xero or Sage is essential. This position offers a salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, along with benefits such as pension and career development opportunities, all within a fully office-based environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage all company financial processes from compliance to day-to-day accounting.
- Prepare and follow up on invoices for prompt payments.
- Maintain healthy cash flow by liaising with clients.
- Manage monthly payroll submissions and handle HMRC communications.
- Oversee project finances in collaboration with senior management.
- Provide financial guidance and training to internal teams.
- Assist in financial planning and ensure regulatory compliance.
