A recruitment agency in the City of London is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This position is open to candidates with no prior recruitment experience or those with a sales background. The role offers opportunities for growth, uncapped commission potential, and incentives for high performance. You'll engage in candidate sourcing, client interactions, and brand development.

- Degree qualified or relevant experience considered.
- Background in a recruitment or sales position preferred but not essential.
- Commutable to the office in Kingston Upon Thames.
Responsabilités
- Resource candidates using job boards, advertising, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Match suitable candidates to client specifications.
- Interview candidates to assess suitability.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Present CVs in company format.
- Represent the business at meetings with candidates and clients.
- Develop the business brand when networking.
- Meet business targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Develop new business to widen client base.
