Responsibilities

• Resource candidates using job boards, advertising, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
• Match suitable candidates to client specifications.
• Interview candidates to assess suitability.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Present CVs in company format.
• Represent the business at meetings with candidates and clients.
• Develop the business brand when networking.
• Meet business targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Develop new business to widen client base.
