Artemis Human Capital are working with a growing organisation in the Tyrone area who are seeking an experienced Payroll professional to join their finance team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of key payroll activities while also supporting wider accounting duties. Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver the end‑to‑end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries, working with internal teams and external bodies.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable function, including credit control tasks.
  • Support the finance team with period‑end processes and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll and finance processes.
The Person
  • Strong payroll experience, ideally with exposure to full‑cycle processing.
  • Confident using payroll/accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and resolve issues.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work both independently and within a team.
