What You'll Do:
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
* Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, providing support and guidance to both clients and candidates.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
* Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process for all parties involved.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share insights and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or sales is preferred, but we welcome ambitious individuals willing to learn!
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients and candidates.
* Goal-Oriented: A drive to meet targets and achieve success in a competitive environment.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment software and social media platforms is a plus!
