I am working with an international construction firm, and we are seeking a Senior HR Manager with a solid understanding of UK employment regulations to join the London-based UK Head Office.

The Role

As Senior HR Manager, you will take full ownership of all HR functions across our UK operations. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director and Group HR Director, you will lead a wide remit including:

  • Full-cycle recruitment
  • Implementation and management of an HR ERP system
  • Oversight of payroll, onboarding, training & development
  • Ensuring compliance with all local UK employment laws and regulations

This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires excellent judgment, initiative, and the ability to implement scalable HR systems while staying rooted in legal compliance.

Pre-requisites
  • You will have 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment compliance & regulation + HR systems / ERP
  • Ideally experience in the construction industry
  • Degree qualified
