As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day. In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts. We also provide a generous benefits package to support your well-being and personal life.
