A leading recruitment consultancy seeks an HR Director in the East Midlands to join the board of a longstanding client. This strategic role involves implementing HR strategies to support business growth, developing recruitment processes, and ensuring a culture of people first. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior HR roles, ideally within a manufacturing environment, and must be a qualified CIPD member. The position offers a salary of up to £95k pa, depending on experience.
