CK Group are recruiting for a Benefits Advisor to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days on site in Bournville Birmingham and the rest home / remote working.

Salary

£19.07 to £23.82 per hour PAYE

Benefits Advisor Role
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the existing personnel and employee insurance
  • Qualified claims processing in the named insurance areas (accidental damage company pension occupational disability etc)
  • Continuous market review
  • Competent support and advice for employees
  • Support with projects and handling of benefits

  • Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
