Liberty Recruitment Group are thrilled to be partnering with a locally renowned organisation in their search for an HR Advisor.

Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our Client to help them gain an HR Advisor with a salary of up to £34,660. This is a full-time permanent role based in Havant.

This is an exciting and varied role and some your duties will include :

• Providing generalist support and guidance on ER issues
• Supporting the delivery of key projects across the business
• Assisting in building talent pipelines and workforce planning
• Data analysis and report creation, identifying trends and making recommendations
• Building trusted relationships across the business and provide day to day leadership to drive the people plan

This role provides exposure to most areas of the business and would provide an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to develop.

You will have proven experience in a similar role and ideally be CIPD qualified.

You will have excellent communication skills, be a great team player, IT savvy and be super confident with your HR knowledge.

You will have experience of building successful working relationships and have strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

This position is based in Havant and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. There is the option to work one day a week from home. There will also be the requirement to travel to other sites.
