Job summary
A leading health service provider in Liverpool is seeking a motivated Care Co-ordinator to join the Early Intervention in Psychosis team. The role involves coordinating care for service users, managing risk assessments, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will have a relevant mental health qualification and excellent communication skills. You will receive support from service managers and clinical leads while contributing to evidence-based interventions.
