Job summary

A leading home care provider is seeking a Care Coordinator to maintain and develop the Extra Care scheme service. Responsibilities include rostering care calls, managing staff training and development, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the quality of life for vulnerable people, have knowledge of CQC standards, and experience in care coordination. This position offers a salary range of £24,000 - £26,000, a mobile phone, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Care Coordinating or 2 years in Health & Social Care is preferred.
  • Full Driving License and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Roster and template care calls using an electronic system.
  • Manage care team development through training and appraisals.
  • Create and monitor customer care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
