Nursery Room Leader

Daily Rate: £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP or following your notice period
Location: Radcliffe

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Room Leader to join a warm, nurturing and well-established early years setting in the Middleton area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development and confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality childcare and learning experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of stimulating, age‑appropriate activities
  • Overseeing the daily running of your room to ensure a safe, engaging and inclusive environment
  • Supporting, mentoring and guiding staff to maintain high standards of practice
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents and the wider team
  • Monitoring children's progress and contributing to learning journeys and assessments
  • Ensuring all safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to support continuous improvement within the setting
Candidate Requirements and Benefits
