A leading home care provider is seeking a Care Coordinator to maintain and develop the Extra Care scheme service. Responsibilities include rostering care calls, managing staff training and development, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the quality of life for vulnerable people, have knowledge of CQC standards, and experience in care coordination. This position offers a salary range of £24,000 - £26,000, a mobile phone, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and professional development opportunities.
