A growing UK lighting manufacturer is seeking a senior marketing professional to take full ownership of the marketing function. The company is aiming to reduce agency spend, strengthen brand presence, drive digital engagement and professionalise its entire marketing approach. This is a senior role offering autonomy, influence and clear progression potential as the business grows from £18m to £40m turnover within the next few years.
You will work closely with the Product & Marketing Director and cross-functional teams, taking responsibility for campaign planning, brand management, digital channels, content creation, sales support, events and marketing performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on delivery.
The role offers a £60,000 salary, negotiable car allowance for the right person, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, a 6% employer pension (3% employee), Medicash, wellbeing services, EAP, death in service, sick pay, paid medical leave, and a £1,000 referral scheme.
