Senior Litigation Solicitor
Long established multi-office South East firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join their Hertfordshire office.
As Head of Department, you will manage complex and high-value litigation matters and take on a varied and challenging caseload including:
You will have proven supervisory experience and the ability to lead, mentor, develop a team, and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will also engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and enhance your reputation in the market.
This role offers scope for progression to Partner.
