Job description

At Royal London, we believe our difference is our strength. We are looking to recruit Customer Service Consultants for both part-time and full-time opportunities at our Wilmslow office.

In addition to full-time roles, we offer part-time positions with a minimum of 18 hours per week, working shifts between Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. After completing two weeks of full-time training, we are open to discussing flexible working patterns that suit you.

What will you be doing

  • Undertaking customer service administrative duties
  • Managing inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Resolving all queries efficiently as part of a team
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Reviewing internal processes and supporting workflow improvements

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Financial Services is preferred; knowledge of pensions is advantageous but not essential
