• Design and coordinate digital assets for Superdrug's email campaigns
• Design other digital content and communications for Superdrug
• Maximize traffic to Superdrug.com via our eCRM programme
• Collaborate closely with the CRM team to ensure all creative campaigns are delivered to a high standard and on time
• Ensure all internal and external clients are serviced to a high standard, adhering to brand guidelines and appropriate digital channel use
• Stay up to date with the latest design industry trends and email best practices

What You'll Need To Succeed

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar mid-weight email or digital design role, preferably within the Health & Beauty industry
• Creative and innovative character, ideally with an interest in Health & Beauty
• Knowledge of HTML for email creation
• Experience with email build platforms such as Taxi is desirable
• Good understanding of email client constraints, browsers, and accessibility guidelines
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign
• Understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, color, layout, and imagery creation/optimization
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and take ownership of technical skill development
• Strong initiative, customer and brand empathy, especially within FMCG marketing
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work

Hours: 37.5 per week, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with hybrid working depending on role responsibilities.
