A successful consumer organisation is searching for a Campaign & Content Lead in Essex to manage integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand recognition and drive growth. The role demands a creative leader who can oversee end-to-end campaign delivery while working closely with CRM and ecommerce teams. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing and campaign management. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, allowing for two days of remote work per week.

We are working exclusively with a hugely successful consumer organisation who are on the hunt for a Campaign & Content Lead to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth, build trust and bring the brand to life across channels.
This role sits at the heart of marketing delivery, turning business priorities into clear, compelling campaigns. It combines creative leadership, strong organisation and commercial focus, with end-to-end ownership from planning through to performance review.

This is a hybrid offering, which will allow for 2 days of WFH. Due to the location of the Essex-based office, this role is commutable from London, Bishops Stortford, Cambridge, Stansted, Harlow, Enfield, Hertford, Ware, Cheshunt and Broxbourne.
