A national law firm is seeking a People Business Partner in Bristol to align people plans with business needs. The role involves understanding business operations, empowering managers, and leading people projects. Candidates should have experience in HR at advisor level, be proactive, and possess relationship-building skills. The firm promotes inclusivity and offers competitive benefits including 25 days annual leave. This position is full-time, with a salary range of £30,001 - £40,000.

Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture you will partner 3 of our key Divisions to create and deliver people plans which align to the needs of the business and which takes us a step closer to achieving our vision. You will also lead on people vision projects such as the implementation of an employee voice forum.

You will be part of a wider People Services team made up of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Learning and Development People Operations Employee Relations and Business Partnering and will work in a large (c.500 employees) law firm based in Bristol.
