Senior Design Engineer

Hours : Full-time | Hybrid working available (3 days office / 2 days home after probation)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Design Engineer to lead a talented project engineering team, shape design practices, and drive innovation across exciting engineering projects. What you'll be doing :

• Leading and managing a team of project engineers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Supporting project teams and attending client meetings as the technical expert when needed.
• Reviewing and improving engineering procedures and practices to deliver greater efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
• Signing off final designs, technical documentation, and bills of materials.
• Developing engineering calculations, material selections, and technical analysis using the latest tools and techniques.
• Acting as the technical authority across projects and cross-functional teams.
