A financial services company in London is seeking a Capital Actuarial Analyst to join their Capital & Reporting team. This role involves producing Solvency UK submissions, conducting forward-looking capital assessments, and supporting regulatory disclosures. Ideal candidates will have actuarial experience, strong analytical and coding skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. The position offers a salary of up to £60k, with hybrid working arrangements requiring one office visit every two weeks.
Are you a Capital Actuarial Analyst ready to dive into a world where capital, risk and regulation meet… and occasionally argue? Join this Capital & Reporting team and become a key player in the production of Solvency UK submissions, forward‑looking capital assessments and group consolidation work. You'll help calculate best estimate liabilities, risk margins and SCRs, prepare regulatory disclosures, support ORSA projections and pitch in across areas such as reinsurance, statutory closing, modelling, budgeting and risk monitoring. If a curious auditor appears, you'll be the one calmly providing answers rather than quietly Googling under the desk (we've all been there).
