A healthcare facility is seeking a friendly and experienced Bank Receptionist to provide a welcoming reception experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. The role involves greeting visitors and handling calls in a fast-paced environment, with flexible shift options available.
We are looking for a friendly and experienced Bank Receptionist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Harrow. Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
You will have the flexibilty to pick up shifts from Monday - Sunday working 7.5 hours a day (9am - 5pm)
You will be working in a fast paced environment, so the ability to process information quickly in a calm and controlled manner at all times is essential.
The ideal candidate must be adaptable and well presented with a friendly disposition with excellent communication skills and have at least 1 years’ experience working as a Receptionist in a healthcare setting with excellent communication & customer care skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
