A charitable organization in London is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Engagement Officer and engagement directors. The ideal candidate will have experience at the director level, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to detail. As part of a large, newly aligned and dynamic engagement directorate, you’ll be supporting the chief engagement officer (CengO) and engagement directors’ key priorities at a formative time for the charity in delivering to our bold new strategy and income and awareness growth. Supporting the CengO’s time, projects, communications and external and internal relationships, you’ll be a key connector cross-organisationally on CengO’s behalf in order to support this progressive time for the directorate and charity. In particular, you will provide exceptional stakeholder management support for the CengO and wider team launching and progressing the £50m campaign and campaign board.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
You’ll be a pro-active, perceptive individual who has experience of executive assistant support for director or chief level. You’ll have a high attention to detail, the ability to work independently, at pace and communicate well across teams at all levels.
You’ll be able to quickly and effectively build key relationships internally and follow up in order to best support the CengO, director team and their priorities in delivering to an ambitious strategy and time of growth.

This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
