Job summary
A reputable educational organization in Daventry is seeking a Lead SEN Teacher to work within a Mainstream Secondary School SEND Hub. The role involves teaching across various subjects and supporting as a Learning Support Assistant when necessary. Ideal candidates will have strong behaviour management skills and experience in Special Educational Needs within a school setting. Full-time permanent position offering a daily rate starting at £180, along with competitive pay, holiday pay, and pension contributions.

Skills
Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Lead SEN Teacher to work within a Mainstream Secondary School SEND Hub.
- Teach lessons across subjects (Science, English, Maths, etc.) and be prepared to support as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) on the Main School Site when called upon.
- Strong behaviour management
- Natural team leader
- Experience in SEN and within a school setting is desirable
- Daily rate: 180+ per day
