They’re seeking a SEND Primary Teacher to join their team and deliver engaging, tailored learning that inspires progress in every child.
Your role will include:
Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons for pupils with a wide range of additional needs
Using specialist strategies to support communication, interaction, and sensory regulation
Working closely with TAs, therapists, and families to ensure a consistent, joined-up approach
Creating a safe, structured, and positive classroom where every child feels valued
UK QTS/QTLS with experience in primary or SEND settings
Strong knowledge of autism, severe learning difficulties, and communication strategies (e.g. PECS, Makaton)
Patience, adaptability, and the ability to celebrate progress in all its forms
A warm and nurturing approach to teaching, with a genuine commitment to inclusive practice
