Job summary
A childcare service provider in Sleaford is seeking a qualified nursery practitioner to create a safe and nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a level 3 qualification, along with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with parents. This role offers a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits, including a company pension and on-site parking.

Skills
Education
We are seeking a nursery practitioner. You must be qualified to a minimum of a level 3 nursery practitioner qualification to apply.
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Being key person to a group of children
- Building up strong and positive relationships with parents/carers
- Monitoring and supervise children during playtime and outdoor activities
- Observing and documenting children\'s behaviour, progress, and milestones
- Collaborating with other childcare providers to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Job Type: Full-time (also mentioning Part-time, Permanent as listed, if relevant)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Expected hours: 30 per week
- Pay: £11.44 per hour
- Work Location: In person
