Overview

We're seeking dedicated L3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly Nursery at Valley View School. You will be caring for children age 6 weeks to 5 years in a vibrant environment with inspiring resources and benefit from a 4 day working week. We have vacancies in our Pre-School and Baby Room.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. We provide training to ensure you flourish in the role and there are great opportunities for progression within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Manage daily routines and ensure the safety and well-being of all children
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by setting a positive example for children and colleagues
