Year 6 Teacher - Full-Time Role in Gorton, Manchester M18 (Starting January 2026)

Aspire People is delighted to be working with a warm, inclusive primary school in Gorton, Manchester that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join their team. This full-time role runs from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a January 2026 start date.

• Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons tailored to the needs of Year 6 learners
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and targeted support
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
• Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, strategies, and best practice
• Engage in on-going professional development to enhance your teaching skills

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 6 or Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to differentiate lessons to meet a range of learning needs
• Solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching approaches
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Confidence using technology to enhance teaching and learning
