This is a pivotal role within the legal team, supporting the company’s expansion into new jurisdictions and advising on new product development in banking, payments, and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal and regulatory advice on banking and payments regulations.
• Support the development of new products and business models.
• Advise on licensing, compliance, and contractual matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Supporting the Group's expansion into new jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with a minimum of 8PQE although all candidates will be considered on merit.
• Strong experience in banking, payments, and e-money regulations.
• Ability to work independently and liaise with key stakeholders.
• Experience in digital assets and financial services business models is advantageous.
