• Ability to lead a development team, supporting goal and growth expectations.
• Solid understanding of the SaaS model in the online environment.
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with core AWS services.
• Experience with SQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with native mobile app development using Swift & Java.
• Strong commitment to writing clean, well-tested, secure code.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical design and documentation skills.
