Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in product development, ideally within premium or luxury accessories.
• Strong technical understanding of materials, construction, and production processes.
• Highly organized and proactive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design to develop new accessory concepts and seasonal collections.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept sketches to final samples.
• Source and evaluate materials, components, and finishes aligned with brand standards.
